✧ PROCESS / EDITS RULES ✧
During the initial draft process, unlimited edits are allowed without extra charge.After the approval of the initial draft, two major edits are allowed with no extra charge. After the third edit, a fee will be charged depending on the complexity of the change, always with prior agreement of the client.Color corrections, artist errors, filters, and minor edits will not have extra charges.

1. ¿How to request a commission?
To request a commission, fill out this form or contact me through instagram (faelantern), tumblr (priceofsilence), discord (fae.lantern) or email ([email protected])
Once your request is submitted you will receive an email/message confirming your commission acceptance or rejection within 1 to 4 days.
Acceptance or rejection of the commission depends on the artist's availability and workload. The order in which requests are received has no bearing.
If your request is rejected due to lack of availability, you can submit a new request as soon as slots become available.
2. Purchase of Digital Work
Process: The client will receive an image of the initial sketch for correction and feedback. Edits made during this process will be free of charge.
The client will receive at least one image per process as an update. The client may freely ask for update anytime.
The final delivery will be the image at full resolution with a small, non-invasive signature.Format and Size: The file format will depend solely on the type of commission and the client's decision. The minimum resolution will be 300 dpi and must not exceed 4k 600 dpi.
If a specific format is required, the client must inform the artist of their preferred format in advance.Correct Use: The images provided are for personal use only. The client may not appropriate the originality of the work, and it may not be resold or used for profit in any way.
Edits: During the initial draft process, the client may request unlimited edits. After that, only two edits will be allowed free of charge. However, if the changes are too invasive or are requested too late in the process, an extra charge will apply regardless. After the third edit, an extra charge will also apply. Color corrections, artist error corrections, filters, and minimal, non-invasive edits will not incur an extra charge and can be requested at any point during the process.
Client Edit: The client is not permitted to destructively edit the artwork; however, minimal color or effects edits are permitted.
The client is not permitted to edit or erase the artist's signature/watermark on the commissioned artwork or any process images.Client Privacy: The artist retains the right to make the work public on social media, their website, or streaming as part of their portfolio.
The client may remain anonymous if they so choose.Deadline: Once the commission is confirmed, the artist will have a maximum of 45 days to complete it. If the complexity of the work deems it appropriate, a new deadline will be calculated.
Product Shipping: Since this is a digital file, it does not require physical shipping.
Delivery: The artwork will be delivered via email. Images of the process will be sent via the client's chosen contact method (instagram, tumblr, discord, email).
3. Payment Process
Domestic payments (Chile) will be made in Chilean pesos (CLP) via bank transfer.
International payments will be made in dollars (USD) via PayPal.
At least 50% of the total payment is required to begin processing the artwork
The client must send proof of payment to the artist, after which the artist will begin processing the order. Any additional charges for editing will be added to the second half of the total price.
The remaining 50% must be paid upon completion of the project
Upon completion, the client will receive a low-resolution image of the artwork with a watermark for the client's approval. The client will only receive the final file when the final payment is received.
4. Cancellation and Refund
If the client cancels the commission, no refund will be issued for the first half of the payment if the artist has already sent preview images of the initial draft before the cancellation of the commission.
A full refund will be issued if the client cancels the commission before the initial draft is sent.
If the artist cancels the commission, the full amount paid by the client at the time of cancellation will be refunded.
The client may request a refund of the amount paid if the artist does not deliver the commission within the agreed-upon timeframe.
No refunds of any kind are available after the work has been completed.
5. Content Rules
Commissions containing any hate speech, whether racist, xenophobic, classist, anti-LGBT+, or otherwise, will be rejected.

6. Consent Notes
The artist reserves the right to reject any commission request even if it does not violate any of the established rules.
The artist has the right to take legal action in the event of non-compliance with any of the provisions of this document.
The artist retains the copyright to the commissioned work. By commissioning the artist, the client agrees that the artist may use the work in portfolios, videos, websites, social media, art books, or any other medium.
By making the purchase, the client acknowledges having read the Terms and Conditions and promises to abide by them. Any misuse of the material delivered to the client is the client's sole responsibility.
